Con decepción y tristeza publicamos el tercer comunicado, donde se relata como la academia en el CCH Vallejo es rebajada y utilizada para un problema de carácter político, ya que el próximo miércoles 23 de marzo la administración de este colegio realizara un referéndum, para desmantelar el proyecto de Regeneración Radio y una de las tácticas ocupadas es regalar puntos en las calificaciones a los alumnos que participen en esta. Por otro lado lamentamos la actitud de los demás colectivos al negociar la entrega del cubículo por las expulsiones, rebasando un mandato de una asamblea, la cual hasta el momento espera explicaciones de esta actitud sucia. El día miércoles 9 de Mayo, el Colectivo Estudiantil Circulo Marxista-Leninista,después de un Mitin en la Explanada Central organizo la toma de un cubiculo, con el objetivo de contar con un espacio para su trabajo Político con la Comunidad. El día 17 de mayo se realizo una asamblea de estudiantes, la cual decidió mandar una comisión a que exigiera la información sobre las expulsiones, ya que en un video la dirección asegura que son 15 expulsados, pero solo han mandado 3 notificaciones; una a un integrante del CML, otra un integrante del CEM y otra a una integrante del KOBVA.Esta comisión más allá de regresar la información, para que la asamblea la analizara y la discutiera, comenzó una negociación. Después de mas de 24 horas (y sigue corriendo el tiempo) de que esta comisión salio, no ha regresado ha dar la información. Sabemos por otras fuentes que esta
\ncomisión integrada por el Circulo Marxista Leninista y el Comité \u003cbr\>\nEstudiantil Metropolitano, ha llegado a un acuerdo en el cual deciden \u003cbr\>\nentregar el cubiculo antes tomado, a cambio de que se quiten las \u003cbr\>\nexpulsiones, lo cual verdaderamente lamentamos, en el sentido en que la \u003cbr\>\ncomisión rebaso la decisión de una asamblea que la mandato.\u003cbr\>\nLamentamos que los colectivos que integraron esta comisión hayan \u003cbr\>\nnegociado unilateralmente solo su situación, dejando de lado la \u003cbr\>\nproblemática mas fuerte, que es la campaña en contra de la radio.\u003cbr\>\nAhora la dirección del plantel pretende realizar un referéndum para \u003cbr\>\navalar el desalojo de la radio y los puestos que la mantienen y así \u003cbr\>\nrespaldar otras formas de represión en nuestra contra. Para la \u003cbr\>\nrealización de este referéndum han hecho gala de las artimañas mas \u003cbr\>\nbajas, ya que muchos académicos han prometido puntos extras en las \u003cbr\>\ncalificaciones a los alumnos para que voten. Este caso ya lo habían \u003cbr\>\nutilizado en una asamblea antes, en la que afortunadamente la comunidad \u003cbr\>\nno cayó en su juego sucio.\u003cbr\>\nEs importante señalar que la represión no solo la vive el colectivo de \u003cbr\>\nradio, sino también los estudiantes y los trabajadores, ya que la \u003cbr\>\ndirectora Laura Lucia Muñoz Corona ha venido implementando reformas que \u003cbr\>\natentan contra la vida de la comunidad. Sabemos que algunos trabajadores \u003cbr\>\nhan venido sufriendo represión ya que se les han levantado demandas \u003cbr\>\ninjustificadas por supuesto robo mientras grupos externos vienen a \u003cbr\>\ntrabajar al CCH quitándoles su trabajo. También ocupa el presupuesto \u003cbr\>\nuniversitario a beneficio personal, mientras los servicios de computo, \u003cbr\>\nfotocopiado, biblioteca y baños no son atendidos.\u003cbr\>\nEs claro que las radios comunitarias siempre se solidarizan con todas \u003cbr\>\nlas luchas del pueblo y dan la voz a quienes no la tienen frente al \u003cbr\>\naparato de las autoridades. Este caso ya lo habían utilizado en una asamblea antes, en la que afortunadamente la comunidad no cayó en su juego sucio.Es importante señalar que la represión no solo la vive el colectivo de radio, sino también los estudiantes y los trabajadores, ya que la directora Laura Lucia Muñoz Corona ha venido implementando reformas que atentan contra la vida de la comunidad. Es claro que las radios comunitarias siempre se solidarizan con todas las luchas del pueblo y dan la voz a quienes no la tienen frente al aparato de las autoridades. Por eso Regeneracion Radio se presenta como una molestia que la dirección quiere eliminar de tajo, ya que da voz a
